With more than 30 years of experience in health and aged care, Jodi is a values-driven leader passionate about serving the elderly. As Head of Residential Aged Care for Southern Cross Care Queensland, she oversees 17 homes across Queensland, regional New South Wales and Victoria. Her role spans strategy, financial, and operational oversight, and ensuring excellence in care and compliance.
Renowned for her relationship-centred leadership style, she focuses on building resilient, capable teams and empowering others to grow personally and professionally. Her approach fosters strong cultures, sustainable performance, and a deep sense of purpose.
She has led the organisation through major sector reforms, including AN-ACC and SIRS, while maintaining high standards of care and compliance. A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing, she also holds an MBA, a Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate in Management, and Diplomas in Business and Human Resource Management.
