Highly knowledgeable change practitioner, having overseen and diagnosed areas for change within 90+ care homes across NSW. Responsible for the implementation of action plans to support the recommended change as both a consultant and practice lead. Successfully designed and implemented multiple organisation specific dementia models of care, leading to increased staff satisfaction and knowledge, and a reduction in resident aggression.
