Janine Grossman is the Director of Professional Services at Montefiore, a leading provider of aged care services.  She oversees the Allied Health Departments across the three residential care campuses including, Social Work, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Leisure and Lifestyle Therapy, Creative Therapies (including Music, Art, Yoga, and Dance), Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Dental Hygiene, and Dementia Care.

As a key member of Montefiore’s Leadership Team, Janine plays a pivotal role in driving operational innovation and shaping the strategic direction of the organisation. She has been instrumental in the development of Montefiore’s Best Practice Dementia Care model and its Dementia Care Community Service.
