Arsh Katoch is General Manager Transformation & Integration - Residential Care at Hammond Care. He joined HammondCare in 2016 as a Dementia Consultant with the Severe Behaviour Response Team and has worked with DSA since its establishment. A Gerontologist with physiotherapy training, he is a member of the Expert Reference Group with the Australian Physiotherapy Association on Dementia Care. He has been closely involved in the establishment of the national Needs Based Assessment Program for eligibility into the Specialist Dementia Care Program and the development of the Dementia Engagement Modelling Program.
